Steven Resnick, a native of Philadelphia, PA, is an accomplished trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience handling complex class action and mass tort litigation. Mr. Resnick also has extensive experience in data privacy and cybersecurity matters. Mr. Resnick has achieved successful results for hundreds of clients in numerous high-profile cases including In Re: New England Compounding Center Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2419); In Re: Fresenius Granuflo/Naturalyte Dialysate Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2428); and In Re: Benicar (Olmesartan) Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2606). He has represented thousands of consumers in complex class action cases involving fraudulent and deceptive marketing; defective products; deceptive financial services and data breach cases.

Mr. Resnick is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining Parafinczuk Wolf, Mr. Resnick practiced law with several Philadelphia law firms. Mr. Resnick is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
